Milestone Family Medicine is excited to announce our new affiliation with the Medical Group of the Carolinas, a part of Spartanburg Regional Healthcare System beginning February 25, 2019. With this new affiliation we hope to offer a new standard of service to meet our patients’ medical needs.

Is Milestone Family Medicine moving?

No. Milestone Family Medicine, your doctor and its staff remain at 12 Arborland Way, ready to meet your medical needs. Your existing appointments remain unchanged. Our main phone number remains 864-297-6010 and our appointment line remains 864-458-7000.

Do I have to give up my doctors?

No. Your established relationships with other doctors and practices are very important to you and to us. We will continue to work to coordinate your care with all of your other physicians.

Is my insurance still valid?

Medical Group of the Carolinas contracts with the majority of health plans in our region. Please check with your healthcare plan to verify your coverage before scheduling services. Please remember to bring your insurance card with you.

Can I call in for refills and questions?

Yes. Because access to your prior chart is still somewhat limited, please give give your full name, date of birth, doctor, medication and dosage and the pharmacy and its location when you call in along with a call back phone number.
